St. Pauli's unique Lifestyle-Hotel

With the placing of the foundation stone on the area formerly occupied by the Bavaria brewery the development of the newest hotel project of the family-managed Fraatz Bartels group of companies – owner and operator of the Hotel Hafen Hamburg – started. The private hoteliers invested an approximate 67 Mio. € in the spectacular new hotel project in the heart of trendy St. Pauli, which has open its doors to guests travelling on leisure or business alike in November 2007.

 

The unique Lifestyle-Hotel is part of the development of the area of the former Bavaria brewery. Apart from the hotel and the “Brauhaus” (an independent commercial and office complex) until the end of 2008 a completely new quarter named “Hafenkrone” (harbour crown)will be constructed in this unique position between the Reeperbahn and the St. Pauli landing stages on the river Elbe.
