We are happy to present you our new kitchen staff. Our new head chef Niko Hoffeins is born and raised in Hamburg and therefore already familiar with the regional kitchen. Creativity is one of his trademarks, which he has gained throughout his career. While working abroad in starred restaurants and with such greats as Tim Mälzer, he has developed a personal style of cooking.
His co-worker and souschef, Stephan Seele is not less familiar with the haute cuisine. While gaining a lot of experiences abroad, in countrys such as the gourmet hotspot Switzerland, he was even leading his own restaurant for about 3 years. Now it is time for a change and new challenges at our restaurant waterkant.
With these personnel changes our kitchen staff has developed a new menu. Guestes can now choose between all time favourites such as our Grand Aioli and new nordish dishes like the typical fish roll. No matter what you favour - our new menu keeps what it promisses: fresh ingredients, varying flavours and attention to detail.
Sustainable and cool - We are happy to present you our new glass straws. The brand Halm offers a great alternative to the regular plastic straws, under the slogan "more tase, less waste".Read more
