And because we like to try new things and surprise our guests with unusual delicacies on this exciting evening, our chef de cuisine Mr. Bruno has come up with a small special feature for the buffet of our LIQUID PARTY 2019 – VOL.12. Colleagues from all over the hotel passed on their favourite dishes to our kitchen management, who made a suitable selection from all suggestions.
On New Year's Eve we will have a colourful mixture of different gourmet delicacies such as beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese and green apple, favourite starter of Jil from DAVID'S Bar & Kaminlounge, pink roasted saddle of venison with mushroom tart and sour cherry, favourite dish of Cedric from the reception or a croquembouche, favourite dessert of Maria from the banquet service.
We are looking forward to making New Year's Eve a very special experience and wish our guests at all four different events an unforgettable evening with lots of fun while feasting, dancing and celebrating.
