In February, we welcomed three new faces to our apprenticeship family at the Empire Riverside Hotel and Hotel Hafen Hamburg. Yeliz, Lina and Anita are highly motivated to start their apprenticeships with us and we are delighted to be able to accompany them on this exciting journey.

Anita Marie Kreitz - Hotel specialist

Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship with us?
I decided to do an apprenticeship at Hotel Hafen Hamburg because it is a particularly renowned and traditional hotel with a high standard of hospitality. I find it particularly exciting that the hotel both welcomes international guests and plays a central role in Hamburg's tourism. I felt very comfortable right from the start and simply listened to my gut feeling when making the decision.

What topics or areas are you particularly looking forward to during your training and is there a department that particularly interests you?
I find it particularly interesting to work in so many departments that are so diverse and varied.

Open-minded, curious, smart

Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at the Empire Riverside Hotel / Hotel Hafen Hamburg?
I liked the aspect of being service-orientated and working more practically than theoretically. I had decided to do my apprenticeship in Hamburg and the Hotel Hafen Hamburg appealed to me the most.

Which topics or areas are you particularly looking forward to during your apprenticeship and is there a department that particularly interests you?
I am particularly looking forward to the restaurant area
