We can hardly put it into words, together with our sister hotel, Hotel Hafen Hamburg, we welcome a total of seven inquisitive new apprentices to our family! The orientation days have been successfully completed and now the exciting everyday life begins for our apprentices.

Here at the Empire Riverside Hotel, we have the pleasure of supporting one budding hotel specialist and two promising chefs, while at Hotel Hafen Hamburg, two talented restaurant specialists and one culinary enthusiast chef are starting their professional journey. Also brand new this year is our apprenticeship, as a merchant for digitalization management, here we proudly welcome our first apprentice.
In order to give you a deeper insight into life as an apprentice with us and to offer you an overview of the activities and areas of application of our talented protégés, we would like to introduce you to this year's apprentices. It is a matter close to our hearts that our apprentices feel comfortable with us and that their joy and enthusiasm always take centre stage.
We look forward with confidence to the next three years, during which we want to accompany our new team members on their way and provide them with exciting experiences. We wish our seven talented and highly motivated newcomers a fantastic start, unforgettable experiences at the beautiful Hamburg harbour and a sure success on their professional path. The entire team of the Empire Riverside Hotel will be there to support them in word and deed.
