Mass casualty incident - an object exercise, as realistic as possible!

On 4 September 2024, the Empire Riverside Hotel was transformed into an exciting location for a large-scale exercise. The Altona Volunteer Fire Brigade and the ASB rescue service used the premises to rehearse a realistic mass casualty scenario. Injuries of varying severity - from minor scratches to unconsciousness - were simulated and practised in order to be optimally prepared for an emergency.
