Last Friday we had the honour of visiting the ReBBZ Altona school and it was an unforgettable experience. As part of our efforts to give something back to the community, we decided to support the school with the proceeds from this year's tombola from the summer party organised by our apprentices.

The ReBBZ Altona school is a place of diversity and creativity. It offers its pupils not only education, but also space for craft skills, music, relaxation and artistic development. This unique approach to education particularly impressed us. The school encourages students to discover and develop their talents and interests, resulting in a positive learning environment.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to explore the school building and talk to the teachers and students. It was inspiring to see how passionate the teachers are and how engaged the students are in their activities. We are proud to contribute to an educational institution that places so much emphasis on fostering creativity and education.

After our tour, we enjoyed a delicious treat. The school had prepared delicious banana bread and apple crumble for us and it was a wonderful opportunity to chat with teachers and students in a relaxed atmosphere. This warm hospitality rounded off our visit.

The ReBBZ Altona shows how important it is to invest in the education of the future. We are grateful that we can play a small part in fostering the creative potential and talents of the students. The Empire Riverside Hotel is proud to be a part of this inspiring community.
