Last Update: 10th of January 2022

What awaits you here

To make sure you feel completely comfortable and enjoy your stay to the full, we have taken safety measures and precautions to protect your and our colleagues' health. Here you can get a first impression of what you can expect from us at the moment.

Your safety

We are hosts from the heart. The last few months were therefore particularly difficult for us, because the most important thing was missing: you! Our guest. We are therefore all the more pleased that you would like to visit us. To make you feel and be safe with us, we have taken a few measures that we would like to inform you about.

To the overview
  • What are the current arrival conditions?

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and developments, the Hamburg Senate has decided to apply the 2G+ rule (vaccinated/convalesce and tested) in all Hamburg hospitality establishments, restaurants and sports facilities. For guests with booster vaccination, the 2G rule continues to apply. An exception is made for young people under the age of 16, where the 3G rule (vaccinated, recovered or tested negative) continues to be valid.

Obligation to provide proof: Travellers must carry a complete proof of vaccination or recovery as well as a current, negative test result with them on arrival. We can only accept guests from virus variant areas after a 14-day quarantine and negative test proof.

    Valid test evidence:

The test result must be taken within a maximum of 48 hours before the visit in the case of a PCR test and 24 hours in the case of a rapid test. The test certificate must be presented in printed or digital form together with an ID card at our premises and issued by a test centre, doctor's practice, pharmacy or laboratory.

All further information about the current regulations can be found here.

  • What does the 2G+ regulation mean?

    2G+ rule:
In areas where the 2G+ rule applies, only vaccinated and convalesce persons who can show a current negative coronary test are allowed to stay. This regulation is a decree of the City of Hamburg and is mandatory for all accommodation and catering establishments since 10th January 2022 onwards.

For guests with the booster vaccination, the 2G rule (vaccinated or convalesce) still applies.
For young people under 16 years of age, the 3G rule (vaccinated, convalesce or tested negative) continues to apply.

A further overview of the current regulations can be found here.

  • Why is my contact information being recorded?

We record data about you (name and phone number) by using the luca app. This contact tracking is for your protection so that you can be informed, in the event that one of our guests was infected with Corona during their stay.

    - All house guests are required to wear face masks in public areas.

    - Sponsor and exhibitor stands in the break area are only possible under certain circumstances. This mainly depends on the number of participants and stands.
    - Coffee break snacks and lunch will be available at the buffet. Participants are encouraged to consume food and hot drinks at their seat in the conference room, as the minimum distance in the break area may not be maintained.
    - Starters and desserts are provided for self-service.
