Celebrate where the professionals usually work: on New Year’s Eve, the kitchen of the restaurant waterkant transforms into a stage for indulgence and party. Guests experience an up-close kitchen party as chefs prepare exquisite dishes before their eyes – a rare behind-the-scenes look. Open kitchen areas, flambéing pans, aromatic creations and perfectly presented plates – a sensory spectacle for the eyes, nose and palate. Rather than a formal gala, guests stroll, taste and celebrate at their leisure. Sophisticated starters, creative main courses and sweet temptations showcase the highest culinary standards, whether fish, meat or vegetarian.
