The far eastern specialty is not only a light meal but also extremely healthy. Every day Hamburg's most known sushi master Chantira "TUK" Bedick rolls the finest sushi specialties in our Skyline Bar 20up. During her international experience in Bangkok and New York, TUK has adopted the New Style Sushi and conjures a colorful mix of sashimi, nigiri and special rolls for our Skyline Bar 20up.
