Chef Stephan Seele and his team turn freshly caught fish and the "Catch of the Day" from the open fish tank into creative dishes with intense aromas. The culinary concept is supported by the extraordinary design of British star architect David Chipperfield. The innovative restaurant presents itself in a stylish and communicative manner, inspiring with clean lines and high-quality materials.
Offering space for up to 115 persons, it offers a relaxed atmosphere in which you easily get into conversation even with a larger group or at a business dinner, e.g. with the relaxed "Meal Sharing". Start with an aperitif at the 6-metre-long counter of the waterkant bar or in the comfortable lounge area before letting us treat you to tasty fish dishes while you let your gaze wander across the harbour docks of "Blohm und Voss" through the panoramic windows on the first floor.
